1Online pre-registration

Reach the pre-registration page and complete requested steps. Your registration will then be reviewed and validated by the organising committee of the event.

2Registration and participant team list

When the invitation email is received, you will be able to access your account on the website and complete the registration: giving the list of participants for your team and paying fees for the event.

3Make your appointment requests

When the agenda is open, you will be able to choose and contact the people you wish to meet, with the possibility of explaining the reasons for your appointment request. Buyers and sponsors will be prioritised.

4Validate appointment requests received

Each participant can ask for an appointment. You just have to accept or refuse their proposals. We encourage you to accept first the desired appointment and live open until the close others by priority order.

5Participate in Lublin's event

Log in to your participant area, access your schedule, and access the event with your nominative badge. The badge is also your pass for shuttles to venues.
